Directions to BMIRC
The closest location for parking is Parking Structure 1. You will need a parking permit that could be purchased from the Parking Information Booth (http://police.sdsu.edu/parkinginfo.htm#Q6) on campus. To purchase a permit you can visit (http://police.sdsu.edu/permits.htm) or call 619-594-6671.
The best way to get to the Parking Information booth is to take the College Exit on I-8. After taking the exit, head south towards campus. There is a light at Canyon Crest Drive (on the corner with the big SDSU sign). Directly after this light there is a turn in on the right to the Parking Information booth.
The Parking booth's access road exits back out to Canyon Crest (it is one way), and you can just go through the light straight (towards Alvarado) and enter PS1 (Parking Structure 1) on the north side (to the right of the road).
Once you park your car, go up to the top level (6th), walk over the bridge and up the stairs. Once at the top of the stairs, make a right turn at the road and walk on the sidewalk until you get to GMCS (Geology, Mathematics, and Computer Science) building main entrance. This will be the first building on your right hand side. The main entrance is a bit further down about middle of the building. Take the elevator (or stairs) up to the 4th floor, and to the room 421 (to right if you exit the elevator, or to left as you exit the stairs).
